Anchorage! Not sure where to post this, but this man stole one of our backpacks. It's Paige Alms backpack Dakine blue pack with Mavic dji drone, hard drive full of irreplaceable footage, MacBook Air, Patagonia jacket, sonicare toothbrush, wallet, and a lot of personal items. If you could repost this if you live there or in a relevant group we would appreciate it! Crime sucks. Especially when the valuables aren't even worth it to the thief! ... See MoreSee Less
Red Bull Daron Rahlves takes on Terminal Cancer Couloir in Lamoille Canyon out of Elko, NV. "I've been keeping tabs on this Couli all winter. We had a good run of storms that rolled in late Feb and early March that peeked my interest for a run to TC. After some beta from a friend who recently rode it, a perfect 4 day snow storm hit the Rubies. With favorable temps it was a green light to capitalize on a weather window, Sunday March 18th. I flew in from CO to Tahoe Saturday night. Packed gear and nabbed an hour of sleep then we hit the road at 2:30am from Truckee to Elko. Tension was high as I prayed that no one beat us to it. Luckily, we were the first and only ones there that morning. Snow was ideal for skiing - fresh, dry, deep powder; however, that made for a battle going up. Normally, a typical hour hike straight up with a set boot pack, this time, the total ascent took 4 hours with a bushwhack skin and then a hike straight up the gut breaking trail. Tough climb, but not often you get to feel like you're skiing down the barrel of a gun in blower conditions!" ... See MoreSee Less
